The Banbha Room
On the lower ground floor, firmly rooted in the earth, you will find the Banbha Room, suitable for groups of 15-20 people seated. Named after the great Earth Mother of the Wheel of Avalon, this cosy room is decorated in Her earthy colours with lovely murals by Mandie Thorne and paintings by Tiana Pitman and Caroline Lir. The room has plenty of floor cushions, sheepskins and blankets, so is a great space for sharing circles and meditation groups. It is next door to the Goddess House kitchen, so is convenient for workshops involving practical skills with crafting / demonstrations.
The Banbha Room is commonly booked for: small workshops and events, crafting / creative groups, sharing circles, meditation groups, film screenings and presentations.
Prices to book The Banbha Room:
- £40 – per morning / afternoon (9:30 am – 1:30 pm / 1:30 pm – 5:30 pm )
- £80 – per day (9.30 am – 5:30 pm)
- £110 – per day (including evening, 9.30 am-9:30 pm)
- £30 – per evening (5:30pm – 9:30 pm)
- £20 – Weekly groups per morning/afternoon/evening*

* Regular Weekly Groups: to obtain the discounted price shown you need to book and pay for eight bookings upfront.
Facilities Available:
- Chairs, couch, sheepskins and supported floor cushions for seating
- Blankets and extra cushions
- Projector
- Collapsible small tables available for added space
- Use of the Goddess House kitchen next door
- CD player and speakers

To ensure a seamless process, please provide detailed answers to all the questions when making a booking. If this is your first time using our booking system, you may need to register. Don’t worry; it’s a straightforward process that you’ll master in no time!
BOOKING SLOT MUST INCLUDE YOUR SET-UP AND PACK-DOWN TIME.
Payment:
The total amount is due at the time of booking. Once we have confirmed that your booking is suitable for the space, we will process the full payment, usually within 3 to 4 days.
Cancellation Policy:
There is a fee for cancelling your booking.
– If you cancel anytime before 2 weeks of the booking date, the fee is 10% of the total booking.
– If you cancel within 2 weeks of your booking date, we charge 50% of the total booking amount.
We charge a fee because our rooms are in high demand. For first-time users, we require a 2-week notice to schedule an induction. This policy helps us avoid losing bookings due to last-minute cancellations.
Access: Key Codes will be sent to you once full payment has been received. The keys to the rooms are in a key safe outside the front door on the wall.
